What is a Safety Energy Lock?
In Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) there are 26 Safety Energy Locks on the left side of the body and 26 Safety Energy Locks (SELs) on the right side of the body. When we are in harmony emotionally, physically, spiritually, energy flows through our body effortlessly. When problems arise energy can get stuck and these places places lock.
Through light touch, either by a JSJ practitioner or by ourselves, we can open SELs and allow emotional, physical, and spiritual energy to flow effortlessly.
The philosophy is much the same as acupuncture, using many of the same places to unlock pain. However JSJ doesn’t use needles.
